People Analytics Suite is available exclusively in the Enterprise package. It works most effectively with Enterprise's comprehensive data infrastructure and API access.

How do the AI models work?
Predictive models analyze your existing employee data (performance, attendance, training, salary, etc.) to discover patterns. For example, the attrition risk model learns from historical departure data to generate risk scores for current employees. The more data the models are fed, the more accurate the results.

Can it integrate with our existing BI tools?
Yes. People Analytics Suite supports data export via REST API. You can connect directly to BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, and Looker. Ready-made Excel and CSV export options are also available.

How many users can access the dashboards?
There is no user limit. With role-based access control, different dashboards and report permissions can be assigned to different users. For example, a department manager only sees their own team's data.

Where does the benchmark data come from?
Benchmark data is generated from anonymized and aggregated industry averages across the Layers customer base. You can also make periodic comparisons with your own historical data and create department-level internal benchmarks.
